The conference will take place at the “Centro Cultural Universitario” (CCU), located in the downtown area of Mérida City. CCU is the main hub of activities at the Autonomous University of Yucatán. It is located in the historic building that housed the University since its beginnings. The spaces it comprises are a fundamental support for teaching, research, and cultural promotion. For the local community, it represents the heart of the arts and sciences in Yucatán.
Near CCU is La Plancha Park, located at the former Central Railway Station of Mérida, Yucatán. It is an innovative communal space where the region’s cultural heritage blends with the modernity of urban landscaping.
